1 - Outline Scope of Work

1.1 London Borough of Sutton (LBS) are required to meet all statutory obligations in relation to the Housing stock. The Housing stock asset management function is controlled by and Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP)
1.2 Accordingly, this tender package for the Housing Stock encompasses:
1.2.1 Dwelling Stock Condition Surveys, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) Assessments in relation to our dwelling stock. To also Include, but not limited to; Stair Lifts or aides (within Dwellings)
1.2.2 Dwelling Stock Condition Surveys in relation to the common parts of our residential blocks, including, but not limited to; Boiler Houses, Switch/Electrical Cupboards and contents, Dry Risers/Wet Risers, Vents, Water Tankage, Passenger/Goods Lifts, Stair Lifts (within Dwellings), TV Aerials, Radio Aerials/Masts, Satellite Dishes, Mobile Phone and 5G masts, PV cells
