Description

Contract for Pest Control Services at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust (ENHT)

The appointed contractor shall provide a Pest Control and Prevention Service to deliver the following:

- Programmed and reactive pest control and prevention measures;
- Eradication of established infestations using only approved treatments suitable for a health care environment.
- Maintenance and service of electric flying insect killers;
- Treatment of sporadic episodes at the request of the Estates and Facilities management
- Identify environmental or other factors that may contribute to, or sustain the presence of pests.
- Monitoring of vulnerable areas on a regular basis.
- Establishing surveillance systems.

The Pest Control and Prevention Service shall be provided 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
