Description

The Commission is bringing together a coalition of businesses who are all signing up to a pledge to 'make our workplace the best it can be for pregnant women and new mothers and call on other businesses to do the same'.


Following the launch (Phase 1), Phase 2 (October 1st - 31st March 2017) will continue to build the coalition, working with the Founding Members and generating publicity in order to recruit at least 50 Member organisations by the end of March 2017.


The EHRC is seeking an agency that will build the coalition, supporting and motivating businesses who come on board to positively influence colleagues, teams, suppliers and peers across industry.
