Description

The City invites Tenders for the provision of concrete repair works to the external walls of residential blocks of flats, car parks/garages and other items as directed within the Barbican Estate, Middlesex Street Estate and Golden Lane Estate

The duration of the contract is one year, subject to the right of the Authority (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 6 Months. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 1 year and 6 months.
