Description
Rykneld Homes Ltd invites you to tender for the provision of an excellent External Audit Service and support for the completion and submission of the Company Corporation Tax return.
Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) was established as an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) in 2007. Today we are much more than this; as the Council's Housing Services provider we are responsible for managing the housing stock (7,800 homes) on behalf of North East Derbyshire District Council. We manage, maintain and improve the housing stock and also support the tenants who live in them. We want to provide better and more housing for the customers we serve.
RHL is also a registered provider with Homes England and has 132 properties for rent and 8 Shared Ownership properties.
Scope of requirements and contract length
The External Auditors will be required to perform the necessary audit work to enable them to express an audit opinion on RHL's annual Financial Statements and undertake the completion of the annual Corporation Tax return.
The contract length will be three years with an option to extend annually for a maximum of five years (3+1+1). The contract will commence in November 2019 in order to give the successful Company time to prepare for the 2019/20 audit of the financial statements.
The tender will be assessed on your price and quality submission and a weighting of 60:40 will be applied respectively.
The annual contract value is anticipated to be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000.
