Description

The Council wishes to enter into an agreement with a supplier for an end to end Solution to purchase traffic and pedestrian count data collection hardware for deployment by Council employees and a seamless automatic enumerating/data processing service for the raw data collected. The Council's preferred collection method is video. The Council is also seeking to establish details of the possible use of ANPR for Origin and Destination surveys as and when funding for this hardware is made available.
