Description

Bedford Borough Council (the Council) is undertaking a procurement exercise to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to provide a specialist enforcement service to Environmental Services. The contract seeks to provide a high profile, self-funding enforcement initiative primarily tackling litter enforcement and dog fouling enforcement.
