Description

Highways England is seeking the provision of services to update Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) Requirement and Advice Document (RAD) TD 27/05 'Cross Sections and Head rooms' in line with the highways England licence requirement to review and update the DMRB by 2020. The new RAD will supersede the existing version of the document and will also supersede relevant aspects from other DMRB documents.
