Description
This tender is for the demolition and rebuilding of a half brick thick wall. The dimensions are approx. 4m high (3 tiers) x 38m Long, located behind council owned properties in Peel Street, Stoke-on-Trent.
The retaining wall is of concrete construction with single skin brickwork facing and insitu concrete cappings in between each tier.
Works Required: Removal of approx. 150m2 of single skin wall (Tier 1 & 2). Removal of overgrown vegetation, treating of ground, concrete repairs and tanking of existing retaining concrete. Rebuild brick wall and back fill / tie into concrete. (Tier 1 & 2).
Install one of the following drainage options:
Option 1: 38m long soak away as per specification.
Option 2: 38m of land drain - connecting into Seven Trent pipework.
