Description

This contract is for the delivery of an internal emerging leaders apprenticeship programme targeted at employees within Bands 3 and 4 to prepare them for the next steps in their careers as new leaders. The Emerging Leadership Programme forms part of the Personal Development Framework launched by People Services to support Westminster City Council's employees with their personal development.


The contract commenced 1st July 2019 and is for an initial 18 months with the extension option of up to a further 18 months.
