Description

This project will focus on disrupting the OCG business model by targeting the drivers and enablers of SOC in Guayaquil, Ecuador, with a particular focus (though not exclusively) on the cocaine market

The Project objective is to deliver approaches that will safeguard vulnerable individuals (who are exploited by SOC criminals and networks) in Guayaquil. It is important to note the deteriorating security situation in Ecuador and therefore emphasise the importance of safeguarding.
