Description

DFID Afghanistan seeks to procure a service provider registered with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to undertake the role of an Independent Monitoring Agent (IMA) for the Afghanistan Investment Climate Programme (AICP). The IMA will undertake independent verification of the AICP to provide assurance that it can deliver results, use UK and other donors' resources effectively (including the management of fraud and fiduciary risks), and do no harm in a conflict affected environment.
