Description
Cambridgeshire County Council wishes to appoint a framework of contactors to provide expert advice and consultancy services on highway records, Definitive Map, Town & Village Green and common land matters. The consultants will provide
Public Path Order (PPO), Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) and Town & Village Green applications and proactive investigations and report writing with recommendations.
Advocacy for public rights of way public inquiries.
Advice on and advocacy for highway and public rights of way related matters concerning NSIPS and other major infrastructure or development schemes, including Transport & Works Act Orders and Development Consent Orders.
Advice on Definitive Map and public rights of way matters, including the management of the Definitive Map & Statement and widths of rights of way.
Consolidation of the Definitive Map.
Advice on highway records matters, including status, extent (highway boundaries) and maintenance liability.
Advice on statutory and administrative processes to change the highway records.
Training on highway records, Definitive Map and TVG and common land subjects.
