Description
Reside With Progress has a contractual obligation to provide our supported Living customers with a cleaning and window cleaning service, therefore the business need is to ensure that any of the group wide properties that are eligible, receive a cleaning and window cleaning service and the contractor (s) appointed, works to the specification set by the group. This will include tasks such as daily/weekly cleaning of supported living properties and window cleaning. Along with those general tasks, we may ask on occasion for additional works to be carried out such as graffiti removal, deep cleans, gutter clearance, jet washing and hazardous waste removal. Please see full details of requirements in document titled: RWP Cleaning specification.
One bidder will be appointed for each lot, providing high quality and value for money cleaning and or window cleaning services. Progress Housing Group would prefer to award all the Lots to a few Bidders. However, separate contracts for each or any combination of the Lots will be awarded to separate suppliers if it is better value for money for it to do so. Bidders are invited to bid for all or any of the Lots.
