Description

The FCDO requires consultancy support at a senior level of designing and implementing workforce strategies and systems in the UK and internationally.

This new approach of being data and insight led needs to focus on strategic solutions and workforce approaches across complex organisations, including the extensive use of benchmarking.

The consultancy will provide advice and guidance to the Chief People Officer and Workforce Plan Programme SRO, challenge our thinking in this complex area of HR policy, and support development of the department's Workforce Plan
