Description

Short term consultancy to investigate the needs of targeted SME brewer's needs, to identify advisory solutions and work with the brewers to implement that advice, with emphasis on:
o Transition from Dry to Wet yeast,
o Enable transition to small pack beers,
o Reduce Raw Energy consumption: Delivery and Timing model.
