Description

The BFI requires an Employee Assistant Programme provider to deliver a comprehensive EAP service to the organisation. The successful provider must provide an Employee Assistance Programme accessible to all employees and their immediate family members. The service acts as a key support mechanism that is signposted by our People Team, H&S, line managers and Mental Health First Aiders.
