Provide all professional services needed for the successful delivery and completion of the planned maintenance programme:

Work Type
• Fabric - Roofs, Walls, Doors, Windows, Fire Safety, Toilet Refurbishments and Structural repairs etc. (not minor works like internal decorations or flooring coverings etc.)
• M&E - Boilers, Calorifiers, Pipework, Emitters, Electrical rewiring, Fire alarms, Emergency lighting, Switchgear and LED lighting.
• External works - play areas, playgrounds, stairs & ramps car parks fencing lighting, retaining walls etc.
• Emergency works

Professional Services Required
• Provide all professional services needed for the successful delivery and completion of the PMP programme:
• Design - Architect, MEP Engineer, Structural Engineer, Principal Designer (CDM), Fire Engineer, Planning Consultant
• Works Procurement and evaluation
• Works Delivery - PM and Cost Management and Contract Administrator
• Quality Management - CoW and CA
• Design, manage and deliver PMP 2022/23 (see attached) as Year 1 projects
• Review long list of projects and prioritise & programme in accordance with the priority scoring (2023-2025)
Programme
• Develop a 3-year delivery programme
• Design, manage and deliver PMP 2023/24 & 2024/25 (see long list attached)
• Review long list of projects and prioritise & programme in accordance with the priority scoring (2023-2025)
• Develop excel spreadsheet with formulas for prioritisation
• Package together some items of work (i.e., at different schools) depending on element of work
