Description

PHE are inviting suppliers to register an interest to provide upgrades to Bruker equipment.
1) Data System MTX Upgrade WIN7-MBT Compass
Data System-Upgrade for microflex™ or MALDI Biotyper
systems: (Cambridge Site)
The upgrade-kit of existing microflex™ systems or MALDI Biotyper to WIN 7 operating system.
The upgrade must include Compass™1.4 for Flex software package incl. one user license of flexControl, flexAnalysis and MALDI Biotyper Compass software incl. MALDI Bioytper Explorer Module inclding one user licence.

2) MALDI Biotyper LIS Interface (Ipswich Site)
Customised work for automated conversion of MALDI Biotyper library entries into LIMS system interface formats. CSV and ASTM are supported as exchange formats and have established connections to many LIMS providers.

3)MALDI Biotyper LIS Interface (Cambridge Site)
Customised work for automated conversion of MALDI Biotyper library entries into LIMS system interface formats. CSV and ASTM are supported as exchange formats and have established connections to many LIMS providers.
