Description

to develop the tenant engagement infrastructure, including a tenant scrutiny facility and methods of hearing the Tenants Voice. It also includes 10 days to work alongside existing staff to implement these strategies. At the end of the commission which will take 6 months to implement it is envisaged that there will be a correctly constituted Tenant Scrutiny Panel in place; that FHDC, including members are better positioned to hear the voice of the tenant and the Housing Service has the start of an engagement strategy that it can build upon.
