Description

The project consists of various works to the MT Building, set within the wider context of the Fort. Fort Cumberland is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and a Grade I listed building.

Works include: fire upgrading works including installation of fire dampers, firestopping, upgrading of fire doors; replacement of existing heating system with new including associated electrical works; minor upgrades to electrical installation; alterations to the layout of the existing WC's; relocation of fume cupboard space; internal decoration and upgrading of finishes; internal repairs; partial re-roofing.
