Description

This contract will be let in the first instance on a initial 5 year contract with the option for a further 3 years and then a further option for 2 years (to a maximum length of 10 years). The estimated value of the contract has taken into account the potential length of the contract. Any extensions will be subject to budget availability within the Council. Therefore the £300, 000.00 is not the budget available for the initial contract term. It is the estimated spend for the potential life of the contract.
