Description

The purpose of the procurement was to renew existing telephony services for DVLA. The contract will be inclusive of voice services, outbound and inbound calls (non-geographic numbers) and internet access and voice network circuits.

Within scope of this Contract is the flexibility to allow Other Government Departments the option of utilising the contract during it's lifespan and DVLA will interface between the Other Government Department and the successful supplier. Other Government Department's are only able to call off this contract for services in the same arena that are being provided to DVLA within the scope of this contract.
