Description
This requirement relates to a project involving the development of various capabilities, which are designed to mitigate the number of casualties in the event of a marauding terror attack (MTA). This exercise will comprise of a series of MTA's in a simulated town environment. It will determine if and how combined security procedures are able to reduce fatalities and casualties during such an attack. Each day will have a set timetable of events. This notice serves as an invitation to the market for companies to join the open Request For Quote (RFQ) process we are hosting via our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system Coupa. Tenderers are required to provide their best quote using the Statement of Requirements (SoR) that is to be shared as part of this competitive process. In summary, tenderers must be able to provide over 100 roleplayers, onsite directors/team leaders, trained psychologists and/or trauma, risk and incident management trained personnel, PPE for roleplayers, a way of filming the scenarios and all associated transport. The final list will be shared within the SoR.
