Description

The project is the Design and construction of a DDA Compliant Anti-Vandal Modular Pavilion, with associated groundworks, drainage, ramps, handrails and fencing.

The Works comprise design and installation of:

• Site Clearance
• Anti-Vandal Modular Bowls Pavilion
• Foundations to suit Anti-Vandal Unit
• Drainage
• Service Connections
• Ramps, Steps and Railings
• Fencing
• Landscaping Works

The design of the works has been currently prepared to RIBA Stage 3 with
drawings and performance specifications. The contractor is required to
develop the design to RIBA Stage 4 in compliance with the drawings,
specifications, building control requirements, planning requirements and all
statutory legislation. Any amendments or details that the contractor deems
required to meet these requirements should be duly contained within their
design proposals and costs.
