Description
Direct debit management. Leeds City Council (LCC) Sport and Active Lifestyles Service currently has over 19,000 active direct debits of which over £360k subscriptions are collected monthly via direct debit. A further £250k is collected via swimming lessons and swimming squad payments.
Currently these direct debits are collected by LCC's in house membership administration team. It is felt that the procurement of an external bespoke direct debit collection agency will increase revenue by £40k per annum.
