Description
Merseytravel wish to engage a consultant RF Engineer to assist with the procurement of a managed radio service for Mersey tunnels. The consultant would advise on the specification, technical questions and monitoring and evaluation of the tender bids. The consultant would also review the project programme of the successful supplier and periodically assist Merseytravel during the commissioning of key components. It is anticipated that the period of the engagement would be for 3-4 months but with additional periods for the commissioning of major elements of the system which may be called off.
