Refurbishment of Unit 2 Portisfields office building to provide new office space

Project Scope

Avon and Somerset Constabulary propose to carry out a refurbishment of Unit 2, Middlebridge Business Park, Bristol Road, Portishead, BS20 6PN.


Proposed Works


The proposed works include the following main elements

Fabric:

• Demolition of stud partitions and re-location of demountable partitions to new locations to form new smaller offices.
• Re-configuration of ground floor WC's to provide extra WC's.
• Replacement of carpet and vinyl floor finishes throughout.
• Minor alterations to ceiling grid to suit new layout.
• General decorations throughout.

Mechanical and Electrical:

• New LED lighting throughout and.
• Re-configuration of fire detection and security.
• New power/data supply.
• Relocated air conditioning to suit new layout.
• UPS Installation
• New electric panel heaters
• Local ventilation works
