Description

The LTE Group intends to create a Framework Agreement with appropriate suppliers for The Supply, Installation and Delivery of Furniture, including but not limited to:

Desking including office, beam, height adjustable and exam desking
Tables including general, flip top and coffee tables,
Seating including office, specialised ergonomic, general, conference/visitor and stackable seating, Storage including tambour units, bookcases, storage units & cupboards, filing cabinets and pedestals
Bar/Bistro/Restaurant Furniture,
Breakout Furniture,
Bespoke Furniture and Teaching Furniture.

Successful suppliers securing a position on this Framework will be able to provide products from their own ranges or from third party manufacturers but in all instances the orders will be placed with, invoiced by, and managed by, the Awarded Contract Holder named on the LTE Group Framework or their nominated distributor with the express permission of LTE Group. The Contract agreement will require a combination of day to day servicing with low value orders as well as small, medium and high value project work.

The LTE Group anticipates that the Framework Agreement will be with fit for purpose manufacturers and distributors who will offer considerable "Added Value" benefits through a strategic alliance with the operating divisions of the LTE Group. All operating divisions of the LTE Group have a demanding infrastructure/environment and the extensive Furniture requirement will be utilised for a variety of environments, including but not limited to Further and Higher Education, Training, Office, Hospitality, Retail, Laboratory, The Justice Sector i.e. Prisons and Other miscellaneous settings.

This Invitation to Tender has been advertised in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union and the Tender is being conducted under the EU Procurement Directives, Open Procedure.
