Description

This service aims to support vulnerable families in order to improve outcomes for children and young people aged 0-19 years living in the Children's Services area of Carlisle and Eden.

The Provider shall deliver:

-Home based support and practical help to families who are experiencing difficulties.

-Evidence based parenting programmes designed to help parents / carers of vulnerable children and young people who have identified unmet needs.

-Where necessary support services will be delivered to groups of vulnerable children and young children with identified similar needs.
