Description

National Citizens Service (NCS) is the country's fastest growing youth movement, for all teenagers aged 15-17 to discover who they are and what they can do. More than 700,000 young people have taken part in NCS since its inception, completing over 15 million hours of community based social action, and gaining priceless life experiences.

NCS have outsourced the delivery of the NCS programme activities to external parties across the residential, digital, and community experiences. Whilst the delivery responsibility rests with external parties, NCS retains full accountability for ensuring that the service provision is delivered inline with all appropriate legislative and NCS policy requirements.

As such, NCS are looking to secure a Supplier to work closely and collaboratively in ensuring all aspects of safety are being delivered to the right standard at all times, across all services lines. As the product lines expand and numbers grow, there is an increasing importance to ensure safety and continuous improvement.

To ensure NCS are able to assess the safety of our products to the level of detail, scrutiny and scale required, NCS requires a separate specialist organisation to assess the safety of service lines through assessments and support.
