Description

This contract is for the refurbishment of a local authority park football changing rooms and includes the extension of the building to provide external toilets. The project comprises the following works to the existing football changing rooms:
• to renovate and upgrade of the roof mounted water storage tank enclosure,
• upgrade existing roof coverings,
• repair of perished parapet and other brickwork
• construction of a new toilet extension to one side of the football change room
• Refurbishment of internal fittings and fixtures electrical and plumbing works.
• Supply and installation of security fencing.
