The contract will be awarded for a period of three years (3) years from the Services Commencement Date ("the Initial Contract Term"), with the option to extend the contract for up to 2 years subject to performance of the service provider. The maximum duration of the contract will therefore be Five (5) years from the Services Commencement Date.
