Description
CORMAC Solutions Ltd is seeking expressions of interest for the supply and installation of permanent traffic signage at the A38 Carkeel SEP scheme. The work includes; non-lit sign units - all excavation for sign foundations and supply and install of sign posts, bases and plates and lit sign units - supply and attachment of plates only (base and post by others). The following site specific details apply; pedestrian access may need to be maintained (provided by main contractor). Saturday working permitted. Sunday working to be requested in advance. Works area is adjacent to industrial estate areas. Works must be carried out to minimise disruption to other users of area. Banksmen shall be required.
A permit to work system will be operated. The A38 is a Highway England trunk road and the quality schemes for National Highway Sector Scheme 9A for sign fabrication and installation will apply. Interested bidders must hold this certification to be able to participate in this procurement opportunity.

Interested bidders must express an interest by email to procurement@cormacltd.co.uk, quoting SUBC8216 by no later than 3pm on Friday 28 October 2016. Tender documents are expected to be forwarded from Tuesday 01 November 2016. During the tender period a site visit by the tenderer is recommended. This can be coordinated with the CORMAC representative advised in the tender documents. It is not possible to turn up on site without making an appointment.
