Description

We are seeking expressions of interests for;

Landscaping works for multiple schemes being delivered throughout Cornwall varying in size and programme duration.

Typical Scheme size - £5000 through to £100 000
Smaller schemes maybe bundelled to generate a continous programme.

The Green Infrastructure of Growth project aims to improve accessibility and biodiversity / habitat value of Cornwall Council owned green spaces. The target for this round of works is to improve 35Ha of green space across 7 key towns in Cornwall - Penzance, Hayle, Camborne, Pool, Redruth, Bude and Saltash. We anticipate up to approximately 30 sites to be completed by winter 2019 - however due to funding constraints it is likely that there will Client pressure to complete as many sites as possible in 2018. The bulk of the works will be focused on public open spaces (parks and playing fields), which this package will be based upon.

This project has been part-financed by grant funding from the European Regional Development Fund, and Wren, and will be subject to conditions imposed by the funding bodies. Suppliers will be expected to comply with the relevant requirements and any associated regulations such as procurement, publicity, and eligibility criteria.
