Description

This ITT will appoint a single supplier to construct a Link Road at a location to the south of the M55 Motorway Junction 4, running parallel to Wild Lane, Lancashire. The link road commences at the existing Whitehills roundabout, includes an intermediate roundabout and terminates on North Houses Lane.
