Description

Southwark Council proposes exploration of opportunities for a district heat network and to develop a funded strategic investment plan which will aim to deliver the modernisation of Southwark's existing heat network in a way that will deliver for customers and the environment. 17,000 council properties already rely on district heating systems that are in need of capital investment and modernisation. Southwark is looking for an experienced provider with a background in delivery of heat networks to deliver energy mapping and masterplanning on behalf of the council.
