Description

HSE needs to secure pay and reward support, which must include expert legal advice on pay issues, to partner HSE in developing a robust, evidence-based and multi-year pay business case to implement from October 2022 which delivers targeted and appropriate pay reform for HSE.

The intention is to begin discussions on the rationale and core substance of a pay business case with Cabinet Office and HM Treasury in the autumn of 2021.
