Description

ornwall Council are looking to commission an independent assessment of the feasibility of an innovation centre in East Cornwall. Key requirements of the study are: -
• Establish whether demand exists
• Consider impact on existing provision
• Assess and recommend most appropriate location/site
• Make a proposal on size and scale
• Identify sector focus
The assessment will conclude with recommendations regarding whether an innovation centre is feasible, and if so, where it could be located.
