Description

Shopmobility is a service that provides a range of manual wheelchairs and electric scooters to Dacorum residents and visitors that have mobility issues in Hemel Hempstead town centre.

The primary role of this service is to loan mobility equipment to people with temporary or permanent mobility issues in order to provide them with improved access to the facilities in Hemel Hempstead town centre.

The service provider will be required to maintain the quality of the mobility equipment in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the service users. Members of staff must deliver with excellent customer service at all times. More specifically, they must provide service users with the most appropriate vehicle for them and train them before it is taken out.
