Description

The CMA are looking for consultancy services from a supplier who has advanced knowledge of NUIX Discover and co-redaction within the context of a law firm in order to:
•Review and validate the CMA co-redaction business process maps and interaction between the CMA and 3rd parties.
•Review and validate the CMA co-redaction ongoing support processes.
•Review co-redaction training needs for both CMA and external parties.
•Perform end to end testing of the co-redaction process using NUIX Discover, identifying any potential issues and risks.
•Produce documentation summarising potential issues and risks with the co-redaction process from an external 3rd party perspective that could cause reputational damage to the CMA.
•Provide ad hoc support to the project team.
