Leeds City Council has awarded a contract to Synanetics Ltd to provide the support, maintenance and ad-hoc development of Helm. Helm is an open source person held record (PHR) owned by the Leeds City Council and the NHS organisations in Leeds. It was created to empower people to take a more active role in their own health and care management, by giving them the ability to contribute information to their health and care records.
