Description
Yarlington currently spends in excess of £12m each year on improving our residents' homes and we would like to set up a 12-month supply and fit agreement with the right organisation that wants to work with us, in partnership, which helps support our commitment to create a better environment for our residents, deliver our programmes on time and within budget.
The contract will be for an initial period of 11 months commencing 1 May 2019 and terminating 31 March 2020. We would like the option to extend the contract on an annual basis where possible. This will be based on the future work available and satisfactory performance throughout the initial 11 months. Any extension to the initial term will be for a further period of 12 months on two occasions leading to a maximum term of 36 months (3 years) terminating 31 March 2022.
