Description

The requirement is for the removal of existing lifts and the installation of new passenger lifts to current compliance requirements at Trinity Court, Roft Street, Oswestry, Shropshire, SY112ER, Hadley Mews, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV114SF, & Beech Grove Court, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL71BD.

It should be noted Hadley Mews is currently a supported scheme. Trinity Court and Beech Grove Court were both supported schemes until recently when they were reclassified as general needs.

The Contractor, who should be LEIA accredited, will have responsibility for designing Lifts & Systems which comply with the requirements set out in the Specification documents and that comply with all statutory requirements.
