Description

Scope
The following specification is required on three fixed dates of;
o Tuesday 28th June 2022
o Wednesday 29th June 2022
o Thursday 30th June 2022

Provision of;
o Two large rooms with cabaret style seating. Tables and chairs for approximately 160 people across the two rooms and a projector and screen in both rooms.
o In addition to the above; two smaller rooms to hold approximately 10- 15 people on 29th June 2022 only.
o Four flipchart stands and flipchart pads with pens, in total for each day
o Refreshments and snacks to be provided in mid-morning. Refreshments to include hot and cold drinks. Snacks to include biscuits and fruit.
