Description
Chelmsford City Council and the "No Borders" Museum Partnership wishes to appoint a consultant to lead on the evaluation phase of Chelmsford Museum's HLF Funded project to revitalise the Museum and its integration programme with the surrounding Park. The consultant will also develop a framework and train staff at Chelmsford, Epping Forest District Council and Lowewood Museums in its use for the evaluation of other projects.
