Description

The BBC requires a managed service which is capable of providing daily and short-term accommodation through both an online and offline booking agency service for single occupancy and groups. The Services may be used by the BBC, its subsidiary companies, and from time to time, representatives of the BBC's major suppliers, for example of outsourced services.

The total value of this contract is estimated at £150m - £165m over the full seven-year term, including extension options.

The Contract will have an intial term of five (5) years, starting from 1 July 2019 The BBC may extend the term on one or more occasions for up to a maximum total extension period of twenty-four months. Applicants should note that this term and possible options to extend may be discussed during the procurement process.
