Description

Derbyshire County Councils requires the provision of external consultancy support to assist the Peak District LEADER Local Action Group in finalising delivery of the Rural Development Programme for England LEADER Programme 2015 to 2020.
To successfully deliver the requirements of the contract the consultant will require a knowledge and understanding of:
• Defra and the Rural Payments Agency - policy and procedures
• Rural Development Programme for England: LEADER Programme including appraisal, contracting and monitoring requirements
• PEAK Local Action Group - role and responsibilities
The contract will operate initially for a period of 6 months to 30th June 2019 but may be extended subject to business need.
