Description

CPI has a requirement to award a supplier contract in order to provide inspection and testing of CPI owned Distribution Boards (DB's) and outgoing circuits located at CPI's Wilton Facility, TS10 4RF. At CPI's facility, there are in total 30 distribution boards with approximately 457 Circuits which will require ongoing periodic inspection and testing. This is needed in order to verify that the electrical installation is in a safe condition and thereby complies with the fundamental requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulation (1989) and BS7671 IET Wiring Regulations (recent edition). In addition to compliance with the regulations, the underlying purpose is to assist CPI in providing a safe place of work for employees, contractors and visitors.
