Description

Opportunity for pharmacy contractor to express an interest to deliver the COVID-19 vaccination service, where they meet the minimum requirements (and for those delivering the service away from their pharmacy, where there is an identified Population Need).

This 2nd wave request is to specifically serve the postcodes of SW4 7 and SW4 9 and there is a requirement to be able to vaccinate children 5 and over.
